Restaurante Bucaneros has been a seafood reference in Panama since 2001. We implemented its virtual waiter: an AI agent that handles the restaurant’s WhatsApp around the clock.

Every message,

Bucaneros receives between 20 and 50 orders a day on WhatsApp, plus questions and bookings, all on one number. Outside business hours, nobody answered.
The challenge
Handle questions, pickup orders and bookings on WhatsApp without adding staff or losing messages after hours.
The solution
An AI agent, connected to the same WhatsApp number, that chats in natural language and knows the restaurant’s menu, hours and policies. Orders and bookings are logged in their own pipeline, with automatic reminders.
